Manifest – Tips and tricks
Once you have created your List, it’s now time to manifest what you want to come into your experience… Here’s how.
- Have your list visible where you would see it often. I have mine up on the fridge. Look at your list every day but only for 5 minutes. During that time, go through each one of your items and imagine what it would feel like once you have it. Picture it in your mind that this item on your list has already come true and that you’re living it right now. What would that feel like to you?
- Limit your time to no more than 5 minutes a day thinking about the items on your list. This is because once you start spending too much time, your mind will move on to thinking about why you currently don’t have any of these items in your experience.
- You don’t need to think about how you’re going to achieve the items on your list with your logical brain, but let your intuition give you the answers. Ideas and intuitive thoughts will come when your mind is clear and calm. You will know the idea sprouted from your intuition when you have a burst of energy and enthusiasm to get up and act upon it straight away. Any action which needs to be taken shouldn’t feel like hard work yet however long the hours spent, you will still feel charged and motivated putting in the time and effort til completion.
Examples of intuitive thought
One sunny day while sitting outside in the backyard cloud watching (a form of meditation), an idea suddenly popped into my head seemingly out of nowhere. The idea was around generating more passive income by buying an apartment and renting it out as a serviced apartment, similar to a hotel business. This idea sprung in to my mind on a Thursday. On Friday, my wife and I searched the internet for apartments in the city. On Saturday we went to a few open for inspections. Sunday we called the agent and put in an offer. On Tuesday we signed the Contract of Sale as Monday was a Public holiday. We knew nothing of owning and running a serviced apartment business, but we knew we had made the right decision as every part of the process just felt right. Our serviced apartment is operating much better than expected, generating 3 times the rental yield compared to long term lease agreements.
Testing the theory
Here’s a little experiment I tried to test the effectiveness of visualisations on manifesting something random.
Usually, all I get in the mail is either junk or bills. It is very rare for me to receive a bank cheque as I haven’t seen one in my mailbox for many years. So I thought about receiving cheques in the mail, vividly imagined opening my mailbox with a nice surprise of finding a cheque, felt what it would feel like when I received the cheque and expected them to come. Within the first 30 days, I had received a total 3 cheques!! $41 from a medical reimbursement, $53.77 from a electricity company who had miscalculated my repayments and $58.90 from the bank. How ‘random’ and amazing is that!
Try visualising and manifesting cheques yourself. Once you have built up enough ‘evidence’ to prove this theory, you can be more confident that your bigger ticket items will come your way.
